- Coordinate and manage complex calendars and schedules.
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Serve as the primary contact for information dissemination and document circulation.
- Support teams in meeting important deadlines and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, seminars, and internal events.
- Manage logistics for business travel, including reservations and itineraries.
- Prepare necessary documents and presentations for events.
- Oversee invoice tracking and purchase requests.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as expense reports.
- Maintain organization of administrative files and documentation.
- Manage office supply orders.
- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion, confidentiality, precision, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Aptitude for using computer tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.
