Celine Europe Finance Controller

- Analyze E-Commerce performance and oversee operational month-end closing tasks.
- Develop forecasts, best estimates, and three-year projections for omnichannel activities.
- Co-produce financial statements for Italian and Spanish subsidiaries in collaboration with local accounting teams.
- Partner with South EU Retail Manager to implement strategies for market share growth.
- Co-produce financial statements for Central European subsidiaries in collaboration with local accounting teams.
- Partner with Central EU Retail Manager to implement strategies for market share growth.
- Monitor central expenses in liaison with EME HQ departments.
- Assist the EME Financial Director with the consolidation of EME results and conduct monthly business review analysis.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience.
- Retail finance experience preferred.
- Experience in the luxury/fashion industry is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in interacting with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German and Dutch is a plus.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience, with a preference for candidates with retail finance experience. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is considered a plus.
Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
