1. Draft and update policies, procedures, and guidelines including codes of conduct, gifts and invitations, conflicts of interest, internal alerts, third-party evaluations, and accounting controls.
2. Update and enhance risk mapping and deploy associated action plans.
3. Prepare, update, improve, and implement training and animation programs.
4. Prepare and lead various Ethics & Compliance committees and participate in other committees requiring the Compliance Officer's presence.
5. Develop and animate the international network.
6. Disseminate policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence within a compliance culture.
7. Draft and communicate regular reports on the state of ethics and compliance within the company.
8. Alert on potential risks and propose and implement remediation measures.
9. Conduct regulatory and jurisprudential monitoring and implement associated action plans.
10. Provide internal communication through a newsletter.
11. Advise and support operational teams by identifying risks and business impacts and proposing practical solutions.
12. Prepare employees for authority inspections through training and questionnaires.
13. Supervise the management and development of existing tools and implement new tools.
14. Identify and collaborate with high-quality external professionals.
15. Propose, defend, and manage the compliance budget.

1. Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
2. Certification such as CCEP is advantageous.

7. Capacity to analyze complex situations and propose practical solutions.

9. Proficiency with compliance software and tools.
10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate setting, consultancy, law firm, or regulatory authority.

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
