1. Participate and lead embroidery detail reviews each season with Purchasing and Supply teams.
2. Collect master production samples for each artwork and embroidery.
3. Coordinate and oversee the industrialization phases of each embroidery.
4. Complete and distribute technical sheets.
5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and embroiderers.
6. Establish delivery schedules with embroiderers and manufacturers.
7. Organize weekly planning meetings with each production unit.
8. Coordinate embroiderers and manufacturers to ensure industrialization decisions are implemented.
9. Validate embroideries according to the defined master for production approval.
10. Negotiate embroiderer capacity and optimize production circuits in collaboration with the Production Unit.
11. Conduct end-of-season reviews and performance analyses.
12. Manage embroidery logistics within the ERP system.
13. Collect and pre-validate invoices for custom embroideries.
14. Handle all logistics for the Embellishment department.
15. Address after-sales service requests related to embroideries.

1. Degree from a fashion school, business school, or textile engineering program.
2. First experience in production management is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Team-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
3. Knowledge of product and supplier management in India, Italy, and France.
4. Quality-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in embroidery techniques.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
7. Familiarity with Orli Web is a plus.
8. Fluent in English; Italian is an advantage.

Entry-level experience in production management is preferred.
