Celine Embellishment Planning Officer

- Participate and lead embroidery detail reviews each season with Purchasing and Supply teams.
- Collect master production samples for each artwork and embroidery.
- Coordinate and oversee the industrialization phases of each embroidery.
- Complete and distribute technical sheets.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and embroiderers.
- Establish delivery schedules with embroiderers and manufacturers.
- Organize weekly planning meetings with each production unit.
- Coordinate embroiderers and manufacturers to ensure industrialization decisions are implemented.
- Validate embroideries according to the defined master for production approval.
- Negotiate embroiderer capacity and optimize production circuits in collaboration with the Production Unit.
- Conduct end-of-season reviews and performance analyses.
- Manage embroidery logistics within the ERP system.
- Collect and pre-validate invoices for custom embroideries.
- Handle all logistics for the Embellishment department.
- Address after-sales service requests related to embroideries.
- Degree from a fashion school, business school, or textile engineering program.
- First experience in production management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
- Knowledge of product and supplier management in India, Italy, and France.
- Quality-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in embroidery techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with Orli Web is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Italian is an advantage.
Entry-level experience in production management is preferred.
Degree from a fashion school, business school, or textile engineering program.
