1. Manage e-merchandising sessions during collection launches, including planning, data collection, and performance analysis.
2. Provide visual merchandising recommendations and coordinate with central teams for validation.
3. Coordinate and participate in e-merchandising sessions, liaising between visual merchandising operators, catalog teams, and central e-merchandising teams.
4. Ensure deadlines are met and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
5. Conduct daily site checks to ensure compliance and identify improvement actions.
6. Reduce stock-out rates through regular catalog cleaning and stock transfers.
7. Optimize the site's internal search tool.
8. Develop competitive intelligence to identify best practices.
9. Contribute to building digital team product culture by creating documentation and participating in product reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or equivalent (BAC+4/5).
2. Fluency in English.

1. Digital native with curiosity for fashion retail.
2. Versatile, agile, organized, and meticulous.
3. Ability to interpret and contextualize data.
4. Proficient in Excel.
5. Knowledge of Data Studio, Power BI, SFCC, and CEGID is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in the digital domain, showcasing a genuine interest in fashion retail.

Internship located in Paris for a duration of 6 months starting January 2026, with a mandatory school agreement.
