1. Manage e-merchandising sessions during collection launches, including planning, data collection, and performance analysis.
2. Provide visual merchandising recommendations and coordinate with central teams for validation.
3. Ensure timely execution and compliance of visual merchandising standards.
4. Enhance customer experience on the e-commerce platform through daily site checks and improvements.
5. Reduce stockout rates by managing product catalog and coordinating stock transfers.
6. Optimize the site's internal search tool and conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices.
7. Contribute to building product culture within digital teams by creating documentation and participating in product reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Digital native with a keen interest in fashion retail.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in Excel and familiar with tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, SFCC, and CEGID.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some prior experience in digital or retail environments.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
