1. Serve as the primary contact for retail boutiques regarding stock availability and collaborate with local merchandisers and Paris teams to meet customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure optimal stock availability and manage scarcity levels to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Coordinate stock transfers within the region to maintain balanced stock levels at boutique locations.
4. Lead the definition and delivery of target stock for store openings and pop-up events in collaboration with merchandising, logistics, and the Paris team.
5. Monitor fulfillment rates against target stock to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Manage stock returns in alignment with requests from the Paris team and local merchandising.
7. Ensure synchronization between system stock information and physical stock movements.
8. Develop dashboards to enhance visibility on inventory levels and stock movements.
9. Identify process improvement opportunities within the logistics team to streamline order fulfillment.
10. Analyze stock status and propose continuous improvements for process enhancement.
11. Collaborate strategically with local and central teams to achieve optimal business outcomes.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

4. Proficiency in Excel

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in distribution planning or a related field.
