1. Liaise with Retail Boutiques for stock availability and collaborate with Local merchandisers and Paris teams to meet customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure stock availability and manage scarcity levels to optimize sales opportunities.
3. Coordinate stock transfers within the region to maintain balanced stock levels at Boutique level.
4. Lead store openings and pop-up target stock definition and deliveries in collaboration with Merchandising, logistics, and Paris team.
5. Follow up on fulfillment rates based on target stock to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Manage stock returns based on Paris team’s requests and local merchandising alignment.
7. Ensure system stock information and physical stock movements are synchronized.
8. Develop dashboards to provide visibility on inventory levels and stock movements.
9. Support the Logistic team by identifying process improvement points for smoother order fulfillment.
10. Analyze stock status and suggest continuous improvements for better processes.
11. Work strategically with both local and central teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business.

2. Fluent in English
