1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, material sheets, and racks.
2. Maintain collection information in the CLIP system.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing collection invoices, tracking collection shipments, and managing dispatch and receipt of goods.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Collaborate with various departments including marketing, design, production, and atelier.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection management.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Fashion, or a related field (Bac +4/5).

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
