1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, and material sheets.
2. Maintain collection information within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
3. Assist with administrative follow-up, including processing collection invoices and tracking shipments and receipts.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Coordinate with various departments such as marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collections.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking to gain industry exposure.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
