1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, and material sheets.
2. Maintain collection information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing collection invoices and tracking shipments and receptions.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Coordinate with various departments including marketing, design, production, and atelier.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection development.

1. Student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.

Previous experience in luxury fashion or product development is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
