1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, material sheets, and racks.
2. Maintain collection information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
3. Assist with administrative follow-up, including processing collection invoices, tracking collection shipments, and managing dispatches and receipts.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Coordinate with various departments such as marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collections.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Fashion, or an equivalent field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Positive attitude and proactive approach.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.

No prior experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
