1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, and material sheets.
2. Maintain collection information within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing collection invoices, tracking shipments, and managing collection dispatches and receptions.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Collaborate with various departments including marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
