1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, and material sheets.
2. Maintain collection information in the CLIP system.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing collection invoices, tracking collection shipments, and managing dispatches and receipts.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Collaborate with departments including marketing, design, production, and workshops.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection duties.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is an advantage.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
