1. Provide leadership to the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
2. Oversee store management, encompassing housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Manage customer relationships by handling the customer database and driving appointment bookings.
4. Identify strategies to grow the customer database and enhance client retention.
5. Ensure effective two-way communication to keep team members engaged and informed.

1. Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in luxury.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve business outcomes.

1. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
2. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership or supervisory role, with luxury experience preferred.
