1. Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and customer experience within the department.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
4. Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance customer assistance.
5. Develop events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
6. Ensure the highest degree of customer service and resolve customer service issues.
7. Utilize POS systems effectively and manage inventory accurately.
8. Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate product assortment.
9. Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports monthly.
10. Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold department merchandising standards.
11. Recruit, develop, and empower staff through goal setting and training.
12. Implement company policies and supervise personnel effectively.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in computer software packages.

1. Strong client book management skills preferred.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Action-oriented and results-driven.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Customer service orientation.
6. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent.
