1. Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and customer experience.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Lead and motivate sales teams to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance customer assistance.
5. Develop events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
6. Ensure the highest degree of customer service and resolve customer service issues.
7. Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management.
8. Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate product assortment.
9. Provide monthly business reports as required by corporate.
10. Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold department merchandising standards.
11. Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
12. Recruit and train candidates to meet company standards and support succession planning.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent education.

2. Customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Action-oriented and results-driven.
5. Proficiency in resolving issues and concerns.
6. Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.

A minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business school, university degree, or equivalent.
