- Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and customer experience.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance customer assistance.
- Develop events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer service and resolve customer service issues.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for inventory management.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate product assortment.
- Provide monthly business reports as required by corporate.
- Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold department merchandising standards.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Recruit and train candidates to meet company standards and support succession planning.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Business school, university degree, or equivalent education.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Proficiency in resolving issues and concerns.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
A minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business school, university degree, or equivalent.
