Celine Data Analytics Project Manager

- Design and maintain effective data models for analysis and presentation.
- Develop high-value reports and dashboards for business teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on strategic or operational needs.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of presented data.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify data analysis needs and opportunities.
- Lead projects from inception to production, including scoping and implementation.
- Manage backlog, prioritize requests, and organize deliverables.
- Contribute to user training and change management initiatives.
- Propose improvements to processes, tools, and best practices.
- Implement quality control processes and evolutionary maintenance.
- Stay informed on data and BI technology solutions.
- Actively participate in structuring and maturing the data team.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school or university, ideally with a specialization in statistics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including requirement formalization, coordination, and delivery.
- High analytical capability, rigor, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in a visualization tool and SQL.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position is required.
Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) in engineering, statistics, data science, business intelligence, or related field.
