1. Develop machine learning algorithms from proof of concept to production to address specific business challenges.
2. Design future data analysis reports for CELINE's business teams, including retail, marketing, supply chain, and merchandising.
3. Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to address specific business inquiries.
4. Collaborate with business teams to understand their data analysis and data science needs.
5. Implement best practices in modeling and design.
6. Ensure the quality and relevance of the data utilized.

1. Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Strong service-oriented mindset.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Git; familiarity with Power BI and Dataiku is advantageous.
3. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts such as classification, regression, and clustering.
5. Practical experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse functional teams.
7. Ability to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Beginner level experience in data analysis and machine learning.
