Celine Data Analyst Assistant - Transport

- Design, update, and optimize decision-support and transport management tools, including KPIs and dashboards.
- Conduct monthly lead time analyses to identify improvements in 'Door to Door' processes.
- Perform detailed analyses of transport lines, including road, air, sea, and last-mile delivery.
- Update transport data in the ERP system, including transport plans, carrier profiles, and routes.
- Continuously improve data received from carriers, including follow-ups and challenges.
- Act as the carbon data custodian for stakeholders, including LVMH, CSR services, and carriers.
- Support ADV teams in monitoring transport plans.
- Handle ad-hoc transport requests for suppliers, press, and VIP clients.
- Assist in resolving transport-related disputes.
- Serve as the transport data reference for project stakeholders, including external tech partners and CELINE IT services.
- Participate in the development and regular monitoring of project stages: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the creation of internal transport procedures.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in data-oriented fields such as engineering or data science.
- Prior experience in IT/Data project management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Agility and adaptability to manage both short-term operations and long-term organizational development.
- Initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large data volumes.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Fluency in French and English.
Entry-level position with preference for candidates with initial experience in IT/Data project management.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in data science or engineering.
