1. Support social and environmental due diligence activities on suppliers, including mapping, risk analysis, and audit implementation.
2. Assist in developing and implementing new CSR procedures, engaging with other company functions to promote risk understanding in the production chain.
3. Participate in CSR transversal projects, including target mapping and the creation and management of related reporting.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Political Science, or Law.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive attitude with a passion for compliance and sustainability.
4. Excellent numerical skills and data analysis proficiency.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Internet tools.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for entry-level candidates.
