1. Assist in conducting social and environmental due diligence on suppliers, including mapping and risk analysis, and support the implementation of audits.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of new and existing CSR procedures by engaging with various company functions and promoting awareness of production chain risks.
3. Participate in cross-functional CSR projects, including target mapping and the creation and management of related reporting.

1. Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Political Science, or Law.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive with a passion for compliance and sustainability.
4. Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using internet tools.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
