1. Support the CRM Specialist in coordinating one-to-one and one-to-many outreach campaigns.
2. Assist the CRM Specialist with store requests.
3. Manage internal CRM software and assist with boutique initiatives and database troubleshooting.
4. Support the CRM Specialist in data export and weekly reporting.
5. Conduct research projects, including competitor analysis.
6. Help design specific client strategies around products, services, and events.

1. Must be an active student in the NYC area.

1. Experience in Clienteling/CRM within a luxury or fashion environment.
2. Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of services and processes.
3. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial sense.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
5. Responsibility for meeting timeline deliverables.
6. Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).

Beginner level experience is required, ideally in a luxury or fashion environment.

Must be an active student in the NYC area.

This is a paid internship at a rate of $16.50 per hour.
