Celine Creative Image Manager

1. Act as the right hand to the Creative Image Director.
2. Manage the Creative Image team, including Creative Services, Image Research, Art & Music, and Art Direction.
3. Ensure Celine's unique visual identity is maintained across all creative outputs, aligning with brand aesthetic and strategic goals.
4. Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from inception through execution and follow-up.
5. Serve as the central point of contact for the Creative Image Department, liaising with the Image and Production Team, the Studio, and Media Teams.
6. Provide creative research and ideas.
7. Identify, research, and secure experienced external support such as art directors, artists, photographers, and stylists.

1. Proven experience in creative direction, image management, and team leadership within a luxury fashion environment.

1. Ability to guide and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
2. Exceptional image experience, taste, and vision.
3. Proven ability to coordinate and lead creative teams and projects.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction, image management, and team leadership within a luxury fashion environment is required.
