1. Define costs for prototypes and samples across all product categories including Leather Goods, Small Leather Goods, Minibags, Belts, and Maison.
2. Create, manage, and update costing reports.
3. Analyze costs for seasonal and carryover items, ensuring any changes during the development phase are identified.
4. Compile cost sheets in the company's PLM system.
5. Verify the accuracy of raw material costs and ensure consistency in the finished product.
6. Communicate and share priorities with the Product Development Office, Modeling Department, and Cutting Area to gather necessary information for timely process execution as required by Marketing.
7. Actively participate in the preparation of seasonal Price Meetings and the definition of improvement plans.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Scientific disciplines.
2. Good command of Italian and English languages.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
2. Attention to detail and precision.
3. Result-oriented mindset.
4. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
5. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
6. Analytical, methodical, and proactive approach.
7. Teamwork aptitude.

No prior professional experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or Scientific disciplines.
