Celine Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Lead and execute advanced Lean manufacturing initiatives across leather goods production sites.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and precise mapping of current processes, including advanced value stream mapping, to identify and strategically address waste.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct data-driven root cause analysis for implementing effective, sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimize material flow and production scheduling to mitigate bottlenecks and elevate operational efficiency.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean principles and tools to colleagues, cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to lead and successfully implement complex process improvement projects with significant, quantifiable results within a high-quality, low-volume production setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of advanced Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Just-in-Time, Poka-Yoke, SMED).
- Excellent analytical, target-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team dedicated to excellence.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
