Celine Continuous Improvement Engineer

1. Lead and execute advanced Lean manufacturing initiatives across leather goods production sites.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis and precise mapping of current processes, including advanced value stream mapping, to identify and strategically address waste.
3. Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
4. Conduct data-driven root cause analysis for implementing effective, sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
5. Optimize material flow and production scheduling to mitigate bottlenecks and elevate operational efficiency.
6. Provide training and coaching on Lean principles and tools to colleagues, cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

1. Proven ability to lead and successfully implement complex process improvement projects with significant, quantifiable results within a high-quality, low-volume production setting.

1. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of advanced Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Just-in-Time, Poka-Yoke, SMED).
2. Excellent analytical, target-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team dedicated to excellence.
4. Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
