1. Define and map production processes to enhance and optimize production standards and line efficiency.
2. Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors and Team Leaders to implement technical solutions for production.
3. Engage in projects that provide international experience and deepen understanding of business processes in luxury goods.
4. Work in a dynamic environment to continuously improve production methodologies.

1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience in the production field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing company.
3. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
4. Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
6. Knowledge of CAD is beneficial.

1-3 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing company, with luxury or fashion industry experience considered a plus.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
