1. Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, international sanctions, and data protection.
2. Assist in drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
3. Prepare presentation materials.
4. Draft meeting minutes and monthly newsletters.
5. Provide operational support in due diligence procedures, including follow-up checks after initial controls by operational teams.
6. Assist in updating the data processing activities register using OneTrust.
7. Support the drafting and updating of procedures or policies related to data protection.
8. Contribute to the implementation of digitalization initiatives, including market solution benchmarking.

1. Master's degree student specializing in Business Law/Ethics.

1. Proficiency in Sapin 2/AML/RGPD regulations is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability.
3. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
4. Interest in fashion/luxury and digitalization projects.
5. Fluent in English and bilingual in French.

Previous six-month internship in a legal department or law firm is appreciated.
