1. Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, international sanctions, and personal data protection.
2. Contribute to drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
3. Prepare presentation materials.
4. Draft meeting minutes.
5. Compose monthly newsletters.
6. Provide operational support for due diligence procedures, including additional checks following initial controls by operational staff.
7. Assist with updating the personal data processing activities register using OneTrust.
8. Support the drafting and updating of procedures or policies related to personal data protection.
9. Assist in implementing digitalization actions, including benchmarking available market solutions.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program with a specialization in Business Law/Ethics.

1. Proficiency in Sapin 2, AML, and GDPR regulations is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
3. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high degree of confidentiality.
4. Interest in fashion/luxury and digitalization projects.
5. Fluent in English and French.

Previous internship experience of 6 months in a legal department or law firm is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law or Ethics.
