Celine Compensation and Benefits Manager

1. Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
2. Participate in market surveys and monitor market practices.
3. Prepare and validate compensation packages.
4. Conduct annual Individual Compensation Reviews (ICR) adhering to LVMH principles, considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
5. Analyze and challenge Retail Variable Compensation Plans.
6. Administer CELINE's Profit Sharing and Incentive Schemes, including communication and information dissemination to employees.
7. Support CELINECARES initiatives through Benefits audits and implementation of tailored plans (Health Insurance, Parental Leave, etc.).
8. Enhance C&B knowledge among HR teams and managers through regular and educational communications.

1. Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.

1. Strong organizational skills and numerical proficiency.
2. High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain perspective.
3. Ability to manage and engage with an international network of C&B and HR Directors.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a proactive approach.
5. Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for information systems.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
