Celine Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
- Participate in market surveys and monitor market practices.
- Prepare and validate compensation packages.
- Conduct annual Individual Compensation Reviews (ICR) adhering to LVMH principles, considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
- Analyze and challenge Retail Variable Compensation Plans.
- Administer CELINE's Profit Sharing and Incentive Schemes, including communication and information dissemination to employees.
- Support CELINECARES initiatives through Benefits audits and implementation of tailored plans (Health Insurance, Parental Leave, etc.).
- Enhance C&B knowledge among HR teams and managers through regular and educational communications.
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and numerical proficiency.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain perspective.
- Ability to manage and engage with an international network of C&B and HR Directors.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for information systems.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
