Celine Compensation and Benefits Analyst

- Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
- Participate in market surveys and monitor industry practices.
- Prepare compensation packages.
- Contribute to the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR), adhering to LVMH principles and considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
- Analyze and challenge Retail variable compensation plans.
- Administer Celine's profit-sharing and incentive schemes, including communication with employees.
- Support CELINECARES initiatives through benefits audits and implementation of tailored plans (e.g., Health Insurance, Parental Leave).
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Team collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.
Master's degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
