Celine Compensation and Benefits Analyst

1. Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
2. Participate in market surveys and monitor industry practices.
3. Prepare compensation packages.
4. Contribute to the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR), adhering to LVMH principles and considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
5. Analyze and challenge Retail variable compensation plans.
6. Administer Celine's profit-sharing and incentive schemes, including communication with employees.
7. Support CELINECARES initiatives through benefits audits and implementation of tailored plans (e.g., Health Insurance, Parental Leave).

1. Master's degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. Team collaboration skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.

Master's degree in Business or Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
