1. Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
2. Participate in market surveys and monitor market practices.
3. Prepare compensation packages.
4. Contribute to the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR) while adhering to LVMH principles, considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
5. Analyze and challenge Retail variable compensation plans.
6. Administer CELINE's Participation and Profit-Sharing schemes, including communication and information dissemination to employees.
7. Support CELINECARES initiatives through Benefits audits and the implementation of tailored plans (Health Insurance, Parental Leave, etc.).

1. Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in numerical analysis.
3. High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain discretion.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for information systems.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
