Celine Compensation and Benefits Analyst

- Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
- Participate in market surveys and monitor market practices.
- Prepare compensation packages.
- Contribute to the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR) while adhering to LVMH principles, considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
- Analyze and challenge Retail variable compensation plans.
- Administer CELINE's Participation and Profit-Sharing schemes, including communication and information dissemination to employees.
- Support CELINECARES initiatives through Benefits audits and the implementation of tailored plans (Health Insurance, Parental Leave, etc.).
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain discretion.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
