1. Ensure the reliability of Compensation & Benefits practices, Job Grading, Total Reward, and International Mobility.
2. Participate in market surveys and monitor industry practices.
3. Prepare compensation packages.
4. Contribute to annual Individual Compensation Reviews, adhering to LVMH principles and considering performance, potential, and local contexts.
5. Analyze and challenge Retail Variable Compensation Plans.
6. Administer CELINE's Participation and Profit-Sharing schemes, including communication and information dissemination to employees.
7. Support CELINECARES initiatives through Benefits audits and implementation of tailored plans (Health Insurance, Parental Leave, etc.).

1. Master's degree from a business or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in compensation and benefits.

1. Strong organizational skills and numerical proficiency.
2. High level of confidentiality and ability to maintain perspective.
3. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities, with initiative-taking ability.
4. Proficiency in Excel and interest in information systems.
5. Teamwork skills.
6. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
