1. Assist Collection Coordinators in fulfilling collection plans.
2. Update and manage model information in the PLM system, including model sheets, measurements, fitting notes, and sketch updates.
3. Participate in daily updates of collection support materials with Coordinators, including Collection Plan Overviews and Fabric to Sketch assignments.
4. Monitor product dispatch throughout the collection cycle.
5. Plan and prepare fittings in collaboration with product developers and the atelier, including scheduling and model bookings.
6. Participate in collection model fittings, taking notes, preparing fitting rooms, and welcoming models.
7. Support the management of alterations and preparation of models for the showroom post-fashion shows.
8. Prepare reference models for standardization meetings.
9. Provide daily support to Collection Coordinators in their routine functions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business School, or equivalent university education.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in the ready-to-wear sector, preferably in collection coordination or product development.

1. Strong sensitivity to ready-to-wear fashion.
2. Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, organization, adaptability, and discretion.
3. Proficiency in PLM systems.
4. Fluent in English, with Italian as an advantage.

Minimum of 6 months experience in the ready-to-wear sector, preferably in collection coordination or product development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business School, or equivalent university education.
