Celine Collection Coordination Assistant Intern

- Assist Collection Coordinators in fulfilling collection plan requirements.
- Ensure accurate coding and updating of model information in PLM, including model sheets, measurements, fitting notes, and sketch updates.
- Contribute to the daily update of collection materials with Coordinators, including Collection Plan overviews and fabric sketch colorations.
- Manage Collection Boards by tracking model information and fabric swatches.
- Oversee product dispatch throughout the collection cycle, including vintage, prototypes, and collection repeats.
- Plan and prepare fittings in collaboration with product developers and the atelier, including schedule updates and model bookings.
- Participate in collection model fittings, supporting note-taking, fitting room preparation, and model reception.
- Assist in managing alterations and preparing models for the showroom post-fashion shows.
- Prepare reference models for standardization meetings.
- Provide daily support to Collection Coordinators in their routine tasks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business School, or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the ready-to-wear sector, preferably in product coordination or development.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and availability.
- Discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in PLM and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
At least 6 months of experience in the ready-to-wear sector, ideally in product coordination or development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion or Business School, or equivalent.
