1. Oversee the delivery of cloud services in production, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
2. Coordinate internal teams and external service providers for incident resolution and problem management.
3. Implement and monitor performance KPIs.
4. Manage production incidents and problems, identifying root causes and solutions.
5. Supervise change implementation and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
6. Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans for critical applications.

1. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in managing cloud services in production.

1. In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and GCP environments.
2. Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including managing service providers.
3. Proficiency in ITIL principles and ServiceNow.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Cloud certifications (Azure, GCP) and ITIL certification.
6. Project management skills.
7. Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Minimum 5 years of significant experience in cloud service management in production environments.

Master's degree or equivalent from a business school.
