Celine Clienteling Manager

- Review client portfolios for each store and propose development plans.
- Create and update a top client book with action plans based on client profiles and potential.
- Animate the KYC program with sales advisors.
- Support the team in offering personalized attention and unique experiences to VIC/VVIC clients.
- Analyze store clienteling performance indicators and propose action plans to the Store Manager.
- Identify and recruit high-potential clients by attending events and leveraging personal networks.
- Develop partnerships to create experiences and increase brand exposure.
- Design client experiences tailored to local occasions and consolidate regional client lists for HQ.
- Support team preparation for achieving objectives and review conversion and ROI.
- Identify training needs, participate in trainings, and share best practices across stores.
- Partner with the Store Manager to improve clienteling, set objectives, and monitor results.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and participate in team meetings to prioritize clienteling.
- Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail and clienteling experience required.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Product and fashion sensibility.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail and clienteling.
Business School, University degree or equivalent experience.
