- Implement regional clienteling programs locally in coordination with store teams.
- Manage communication to stores regarding clienteling initiatives, global/regional directives, and campaigns.
- Engage with priority clients across key moments and day-to-day business.
- Identify local needs and define specific client programs to recruit, convert, and retain clients.
- Drive clienteling culture within retail teams, ensuring client-centric focus.
- Set up action plans with regional and local teams to improve performance.
- Manage end-to-end planning for event activities, gifting, and campaign preparation.
- Ensure timely administration and execution of tasks, deliverables, and payments.
- Track performance of initiatives and make recommendations for future programs.
- Manage and monitor budget consumption and return on investment.
- Degree or higher qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in client development within the luxury sector.
- Experience in store, client, and event management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Analytical skills for monitoring clienteling initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in client development within the luxury sector is required.
Degree or higher qualification is required.
