Celine Client Services Advisor

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Service Center (CSC) to ensure service levels are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Act as the primary liaison with the local warehouse, ensuring timely processing and communication of Celine.com orders.
- Relay After Sales Care and Customer Care inquiries to the appropriate resources and ASQ team.
- Provide regular updates on sales results and performance to management, including inquiries, returns, deliveries, and orders.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, sharing CELINE’s brand story and product knowledge.
- Advise clients on CELINE styling and wardrobe, guiding them across the brand.
- Resolve escalated complaints, transforming negative scenarios into positive opportunities.
- Build VIP sales through client development and personal relationship building.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or service center environment, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and inspirational team leader.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Agility and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Proven communication and influencing skills across job levels.
