Celine Client Services Advisor

- Manage the daily operations of the Client Service Center (CSC) to ensure service levels are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the local warehouse, overseeing Celine.com order processing and status updates.
- Relay After Sales Care and Customer Care inquiries to the appropriate resources and teams.
- Provide regular performance updates to management, including sales results and customer inquiries across various channels.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, sharing CELINE’s brand story and product knowledge.
- Advise clients on CELINE styling and wardrobe, fostering client relationships and loyalty.
- Resolve escalated complaints, transforming negative scenarios into positive opportunities.
- Build VIP sales through client development and personal relationship management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or service center environment, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and inspirational team leader.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Effective communication and influence across job levels.
