1. Participate in defining the overall client activation strategy through events, including collection launches and local celebrations.
2. Collaborate with regions to create client moment action plans for special occasions such as birthdays and weddings.
3. Coordinate worldwide action plans with HQ departments like Image, VM, Product, and CRM.
4. Develop new event concepts and support the wholesale team in organizing targeted client events.
5. Guide regions in setting up and executing client events, ensuring excellence, tracking performance, and monitoring budgets.
6. Enhance client knowledge through the development of tools and actions, including invitations and performance dashboards.
7. Define and coordinate the client gifting strategy, including creating a catalog of gifts and experiences and monitoring competitive intelligence.
