- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Contribute to sales development and achieve collective sales objectives.
- Advise customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Propose complementary products proactively and boldly.
- Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers to enhance recruitment and retention.
- Participate actively in the store's operational activities, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
- Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and stock management within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs to provide the best customer experience.
- Team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in sales and stock management within the fashion or luxury sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
