1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a comfortable and engaging store environment.
2. Contribute to sales growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and share product stories and expertise.
4. Proactively suggest complementary products to clients.
5. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
6. Participate in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Embody the brand spirit through creativity and a commitment to excellence.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and stock management within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High sensitivity and knowledge of products and fashion.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Excellent service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in sales and stock management within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master's or Bachelor's degree.
