1. Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable store environment.
2. Contribute to sales development and achieve sales objectives.
3. Advise customers and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
5. Propose complementary products proactively.
6. Build lasting relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
7. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
8. Adhere to and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
9. Embody the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs
3. Team spirit and taste for challenge
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy
5. Fluency in German and English; a third language is a plus

A minimum of 3 years in sales and stock management within the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent experience is required.
