- Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Proactively propose complementary products.
- Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
- Participate in the operational life of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Adhere to and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital initiatives of the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience, embodying the CELINE spirit with creativity and excellence.
- Retail experience required, with a preference for experience in the luxury/fashion sector.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity, and curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
