1. Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of sales objectives.
2. Welcome and advise customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Share product stories and expertise with customers.
4. Proactively propose complementary products.
5. Build and maintain privileged and lasting relationships with customers to aid in recruitment and retention.
6. Participate in the operational life of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the digital initiatives of the brand.
9. Act as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE's culture and values.
10. Ensure the highest level of client experience, embodying the CELINE spirit with creativity and excellence.

1. Retail experience required, with a preference for experience in the luxury/fashion sector.
2. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
