1. Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients.
3. Communicate the brand's story and product expertise to customers.
4. Proactively suggest complementary products to enhance sales.
5. Foster long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
6. Participate actively in store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management.
7. Adhere to and uphold internal procedures and guidelines.
8. Support the brand's digital initiatives.

1. Retail experience is required.
2. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.

8. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of retail experience is required, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
