1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and record relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in computer use and ability to learn various software packages.

1. Possession of a client book is strongly preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in a retail environment with a sales focus.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
5. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
