- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book, ensuring consistent follow-up on client-related issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Strong client book management skills preferred.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
