1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
4. Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and phone.
6. Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-up.
7. Address and resolve any client-related issues such as shipping or alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store appearance and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proven sales acumen with a focus on luxury retail.
2. Strong client relationship management skills, with existing client books considered an advantage.
3. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
4. Technological proficiency with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
5. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
6. Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
