1. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
2. Expand the local client network and recruit prospective clients.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
4. Capture and update client information to retain current clients and identify new high-potential clients.
5. Maintain contact with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share collection information.
6. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
7. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
8. Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
9. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory counts and goods receptions.
11. Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
12. Foster open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
2. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
