- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with CELINE’s selling ceremony.
- Expand the local client network and recruit prospective clients.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing memorable service beyond the sales process.
- Capture and update client information to retain current clients and identify new high-potential clients.
- Maintain contact with key clients through various channels to arrange appointments and share collection information.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Monitor merchandise inventory and inform management about product replenishment needs.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of POS systems and participate in inventory counts and goods receptions.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to stock room guidelines.
- Foster open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions.
- Exemplary advisory abilities and a strong sense of customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of products and craftsmanship.
- Results-driven with strong time management skills.
- Ability to stay informed about company news, market trends, and competitors.
- Strong teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.
- High-level selling and CRM skills.
- Competence in sharing knowledge and skills with team members.
Minimum of 2 years in retail, sales, or hospitality, with luxury or fashion experience preferred.
